Brad’s Breads believes that sharing bread can be a bridge that brings people together. The bread making tradition started in the 1970’s with his Uncle Bill in California, but Brad has brought the love of baking handmade bread - and connecting with neighbors – right here to Sioux County.
Just like with Uncle Bill, all our bread is made with the care, consistency and quality that you only get from an artisan baker. Our controlled baking environment and consistent, quality ingredients combine to give you an experience unmatched by other local bakeries.
FRESH. LOCAL. DISTINCTIVE
In Northwest Iowa, similar to many other parts of the country, small towns often have a local bakery. Inside, you can generally find a wide variety of sweet baked goods (doughnuts, cakes, and cookies) and a smaller variety of basic breads and buns. If you're making a PB&J or grilling burgers and brats, these breads are perfect. But if you're looking for quality artisan bread, Brad's offers something you can't find from the local bakery.
Brad's offers two distinctive breads: The original Bewley Bread - an oat-walnut bread with a hint of cinnamon, cardamom, and raisins; and Brad's own English Muffin Bread - a perfect breakfast addition.
